(New Orleans, La.) - Come experience the joyous sounds of the Soulful Holiday celebration at Audubon Zoo on Saturday, December 13.


The festive family event will feature holiday tunes performed by the Mighty Chariots of Fire Gospel ensemble and a special concert by internationally acclaimed violinist Michael Ward.

The performances take place from 2 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. at the Zoo's Capital One stage.

Soulful Holiday is presented by AARP and Audubon Nature Institute.

Bring the entire family for photos with Santa, a stroll through the world-class Audubon Zoo and holiday shopping at the Audubon Zoo Marketplace.

Soulful Holiday is free for Audubon members or with paid Zoo admission.

Audubon Zoo is located at 6500 Magazine Street. Regular admission is $17.50 for adults (13-64), $12 for children (2-12) and $13 for seniors (65+). Audubon Nature Institute members are admitted free of charge.
