2nd ANNUAL PIGS, PEARLS, PINTS AND PINOT: A HOGGYSTYLE POP-UP

Proceeds to Benefit Chef Carl Schaubhut

WHO/WHAT: On Saturday, September 8, 2017, DTB and bacobar chef/owner Carl Schaubhut and his mighty Hoggystyle team will partner with Urban South Brewery and Union Wine Co. for their mid-year fundraiser. The epic night, aptly titled Pigs, Pearls, Pints and Pinot, will be filled with pork, oysters, beer, wine, football and live music with proceeds from the evening benefitting Chef Schaubhut, who is battling cancer.

Menu follows:

Pork Belly Tasso + Oyster Gumbo 
with sweet potato-green onion jasmine rice

Stuffed Artichoke + Mozzarella Boulettes 
with oysters, bacon, and Herbsaint-lemon aioli

Pulled Pork + Fried Oyster Taco
with Carolina Style Vinegar Slaw and Alabama White BBQ Sauce
