- SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: Arnaud's and @VisitNewOrleans "2025 Arnaud's Lunch Series Giveaway" is a social media giveaway hosted on the New Orleans & Company social media platform and sponsored by Arnaud's. One (1) lucky winner and a guest will win a lunch dining experience at Arnaud's that includes cocktails or wine, appetizer, and entrée during their dining experience. Estimated Retail Value (ERV) of $300.00.
- ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of participation. Participants must be physically present in the Greater New Orleans area during the Sweepstakes Period to claim a prize. Employees, officers, and directors of New Orleans & Company and Participating Restaurants, and their immediate families or households are not eligible to win.
- HOW TO ENTER & WIN: Like the reel posted on September 24, 2025, follow @visitneworleans, follow @arnauds, and comment who you would like to bring. One (1) entry per follower.
- PRIZES: Lunch for two (2) at Arnaud's Friday Lunch series, which resumed September 19, 2025. Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
- PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Blackout dates may apply, including (but not limited to) Halloween, Christmas, and Mardi Gras. Prize expires March 27, 2026.
- WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION: Winners are determined on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. Central Time and announced on the @VisitNewOrleans Instagram story. The winner will have 24 hours to claim their prize before a new winner is drawn.
- GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants release and hold harmless New Orleans & Company, participating restaurants and prize partners, and their respective officers, employees, and representatives from any liability arising out of participation or prize use.
- PRIVACY: Any personal information collected during the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at NewOrleans.com/privacy-policy.
- DISPUTES: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Orleans Parish, Louisiana.
