New Orleans Image/Video Request

Watch the promotional videos below and then follow these instructions to access high-res video and photo assets:

1. Click here and click the create account button to setup a Widen account. Specify that you are a Meeting/Convention Planner in the "Registration Code" field. Please complete the form and clearly state your intended use and publication date for our records and you will then be prompted to create a quick login.
2. Someone will review your registration. When your account is approved, you will receive notification via email with a link to gain access to the New Orleans & Company Library. If you do not receive account confirmation within 48 hours, please contact Brandee Barrett, groupmarketing@neworleans.com. 
3. Log into the platform and search for the assets you require. Each item will have a check mark which will allow you to add it to your cart.
4. Once you have selected all of the assets you want, you can request to download.
5. The asset request will be reviewed. Once your request is approved, you will receive a download link.
