New Orleans & Company’s Public Relations team members are seasoned PR professionals and New Orleans natives who love nothing more than to showcase our city’s culture to journalists and influencers.
We are pleased to offer assistance on story development, interview sources, photos, b-roll, customized press trip itineraries and on-the-ground support. We also can connect you to our nearly 1,200 members – hotels, restaurants, cultural attractions and more - who represent the very best of New Orleans’ hospitality industry.
To provide a customized experience for you, we kindly request a minimum of 30 days lead time prior to your visit. We understand that sometimes a 30-day lead time is not an option, so we will do our best to accommodate you. We evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis, taking into account your story angle, timing, reach and peak times in the city.
As a non-profit organization we always look for the most economical options for travel expenses. For domestic journalists and influencers, we can provide up to a three-night stay and up to a five-night stay for those traveling from outside the United States. Guests, spouses and children are accommodated on a case-by-case basis, primarily if it is an immediate need for the story angle.
