If you are a member of the media or a qualified travel influencer planning a press trip and in need of assistance with story ideas, itinerary development, accommodations or interviews, please begin by filling out our Assistance Request Form. New Orleans & Company requests a 30 day lead time to best assist you.
Press trip assistance is at the discretion of New Orleans & Company. Requests will be evaluated based on scope of coverage, outlet circulation/reach, story angle and timing of the trip.
Complimentary or discounted media accommodations, meals and activities are handled on an individual basis and are at the discretion of the host based on interest and availability. We will approach our members for assistance, but cannot guarantee these things.
Please understand that our primary concern is assisting working media. Host locations are not always able to accommodate spouses, children and visitors accompanying working press.
If your request for assistance with accommodations or itinerary development is approved, New Orleans & Company assists with no more than a three-night stay for domestic journalists and no more than a five-night stay for journalists traveling from outside the United States.
