STAFFING RATES
Regular Staff
$25.16 per hour
Interpreter
$35.52 per hour
Supervisor
$37 per hour
NOTE: 2% usage sales tax applies. Prices are subject to change.
SUPERVISOR
Required when employing more than 10 staff members (i.e. exhibitor registration, on-site registration)
LUNCH
Please provide one thirty (30) minute unpaid lunch break after six (6) hours of work. Fifteen (15) minutes morning and afternoon paid breaks are also requested during a full eight (8) hour workday.
HOURS
Please be advised that we have established a four (4) hour minimum policy when scheduling Staff. Staff will be paid to the quarter hour following the minimum.
SCHEDULE CHANGES
Preconvention schedule changes must be made two weeks before the event. Onsite changes can be made once the four (4) hour minimum has been met.
OVERTIME
Overtime rates apply when staff work more than forty (40) hours in one work week (Sunday-Saturday). Staff will be paid 1.5 times their hourly wage.
BILLING
Clients are billed at the conclusion of the meeting for hours worked. Payment is requested within 30 days of billing.
SEATING REQUIREMENT
Stools/chairs required for positions with extended standing over 4 hours.
