Founded in the fall of 2023 by Alixandra Petrovich and her business partner, Paul McCaige, Rosella offers a unique dining experience that blends comfort and creativity. Alixandra, inspired by her grandmother Rosella, designed a space that reflects both nostalgia and the spirit of the Mid City neighborhood.
Rosella’s menu features Louisiana-inspired dishes with playful twists, like their famous andouille sausage corndogs, fresh seafood, and perfectly cooked steaks. Whether you're here for brunch or dinner, Rosella is a place where great food and community come together.
