ABOUT:
We are a hands-on cooking experience with a personal guided tour into southern cuisine. Deelightful Roux is the only African-American-owned cooking school being taught by a New Orleans native. The focus of Chef Dee Lavigne is teaching our visitors about the amazing food and rich culture we are known for here in New Orleans.
