Thank you for your interest in participating in New Orleans & Company's restaurant marketing campaign, COOLinary Encore!  This fall program is designed to entice locals and our drive market neighbors to play tourist in New Orleans - stay at a hotel, eat in your restaurant, discover our attractions and more.  All while wearing masks, washing hands and social distancing, of course!

Fall 2020 Participation Requirements

COOLinary Encore will follow a similar format to the summer campaign with the added excitement of weekly themes.


We ask participating restaurants to offer a prix fixe menu that fits into the course and cost parameters below.  To improve average check revenues, we want you to get creative and add upgrades such as wine flights, bottle of wine offers, specialty cocktails, premium food add-ons such as adding crabmeat to top a fish dish, etc. for an additional fee.

Participating restaurants will be able to offer COOLinary Encore menus for dine-in, take-out and delivery.  The program is open to restaurants that offer table or counter service.  To be included in the fall promotion, we ask restaurants offer COOLinary Encore a minimum of 3 days per week total (2 day minimum if only participating in brunch).


Monday, October 19 – Sunday, November 22, 2020
2-course lunch for $22 or less 
3-course dinner for $40 or less 
3-course brunch for $40 or less 

* Above prices do not include tax or gratuity.  The prices may or may not include a beverage based on the below.
* If you choose, 3rd course can be a food item or an alcoholic or non-alcoholic beer, wine or cocktail. 


Throughout COOLinary Encore, we will be promoting the 5 weekly themes listed below.  Your restaurant has the choice to opt in or out of each weekly theme.  We will ask you to submit a COOLinary Encore lunch, dinner and/or brunch menu(s) for your restaurant and then modify your menu(s) for the themes each week.  We want to make this manageable but also provide you all of the flexibility you require.

If you wish to opt in, we ask that the theme is incorporated into at least one of your lunch, dinner or brunch courses.  If you choose to opt out, we will default to showing the COOLinary Encore menu(s) you provide for the fall campaign.

In addition to your regular COOLinary Encore menu and subsequent themed menus, we encourage you to build an enhanced Chef’s Special COOLinary menu that is NOT limited by the price parameters, themed dishes or number of courses.  To offer a Chef's Special, you must first offer a regular COOLinary Encore menu that fits the campaign’s course and price parameters.  We will entice patrons to seek out this Chef's Special menu in addition to your regular COOLinary Encore menu.  To promote maximum flexibility, this Chef's Special menu will not be featured on our website.  We request that you manage the menu on your website and we will direct customers to you.

Sign-Up Deadline: Friday, October 9th. Complete the below form.
