New Orleans Community Games | Register

Registering for the Games is easy. ​

The size of your company determines your team size at the games and your registration fee. See chart for registration fees based on the total number of full-time employees of your company or members of your organization.​​

The larger the organization, the larger the team roster, and the more total participants earning points on the leaderboard. The minimum team size is 4, which also qualifies up to 10 total employees or members to earn points on the Community Games leaderboard between now and November 13, at City Park. ​

Every Community Games team member will receive a VIP registration kit, jersey, gift bag, Fit Fete merchandise, medal, and VIP access to the NOLA WELLNXT Fest. Team Trophies will also be awarded in each sport and in each division.​

Also, every non-competing employee or member is invited to attend the Community Games opening ceremonies, closing ceremonies, and team building activities; in addition to participating in various skills challenges, seminars, and other health and wellness activities throughout the year. ​

Up to 480 athletes Corporate Division ≤ 1000 total employees​ $55,000​​***

All participating companies are eligible for a credit toward new or existing New Orleans & Company membership dues for 2027

Competition spots on November 13th may be limited and granted on a first-come, first-served per sport basis.

 

REGISTRATION FOR THE COMMUNITY GAMES INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

  • All individual and/or team sport registration fees for the Games
  • Invitation for all team athletes to the Opening Ceremonies, Welcome Breakfast, Lunch, Awards Presentations and Post Event Celebration
  • Food and Beverage throughout the day, including hydration and protein snacks at all sports competition sites
  • Athlete Gift Bags for all team members
  • 2 invitations to the Coach or Team Leader VIP event on Thursday Evening
  • VIP access to WELLNXT Health and Wellness Festival for all athletes
  • 2026 Community Games medals for all athletes.
  • Eligibility to earn division and category team trophies.
  • Team/Company recognition on Social Media
  • New Orleans and Company Membership credit toward 2027 New or Existing Membership
  • Ability for all Company employees to earn pre-event points on the leaderboard through participation in approved events, leagues, activities and official challenges posted on the Fit Fete platform.
