"They make everything fresh so as expected you will wait a little while to get your food. The 20 minute wait was well worth it the food was amaaaazing ! Would definitely go back. If you have time I would recommend."

"Amazing West African food. We got the Akara black eyed pea fritters to start, and also got the iced hibiscus tea. Then we split the Kone Ni Makondo, which is black-eyed peas in tomato and onion stew served with fried plantains and coconut rice; and Bennachin, which is Jollof rice with spinach. Everything we ate was absolutely incredibly delicious. The restaurant also had a really cool atmosphere and our server was super nice. All in all a perfect experience."

"Was with some friends that wanted vegetarian food so we were near Bennachin and ordered to-go. My friends got greens, rice, bananas and a roll $17 before tax and tip. I couldn't believe it, the meat dishes were the same price as the vegetarian ones. The food was great, similar to Cafe Abyssinia but different region of Africa. I had eaten earlier that day so I had a $7 side of greens that were excellent, I actually had more greens than my friends had on the entree. I will be back one day and."
