This offer is brought to you by New Orleans & Company. The offer starts on September 23, 2022, and ends on October 9, 2022, or while supplies last, whichever comes sooner (the “Offer Period”). It is open to U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older and international visitors who are of legal majority age in his/her country.
Participants must register on the NOLAxNOLA Venue Check in Challenge page to receive the Mobile Pass and complete all the check-ins in the Mobile Pass to be eligible for gifts. The Mobile Pass is a mobile site, so you will need to have a mobile phone that can properly display and use the Mobile Pass to participate. Data or other Internet connection fees may apply and are the participants’ sole responsibility.
Gifts are available during the Offer Period, while supplies remain available, and are not redeemable for cash. New Orleans & Company may, based on availability, substitute the gift with another alternative in its sole discretion. Once a participant completes the required number of check-ins in order to be eligible for gifts, New Orleans & Company will be notified and will mail a gift to the participant to the mailing address provided by such participant. New Orleans & Company is not responsible for any lost or stolen gifts and reserves the right to not provide the gift if the mailing address provided by the participant is invalid or undeliverable.
New Orleans & Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to (a) modify, discontinue, suspend or terminate the offer by posting an amended version thereof; and (b) disqualify any individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements or who provides outdated, incomplete, misleading, or false information about his or her identity, age, or eligibility. All decisions made by New Orleans & Company regarding the offer and these Terms and Conditions are final and binding.
Special Vouchers by Venue:
Any Special Vouchers (“Vouchers”) listed in the Mobile Pass are available only during the Offer Period. The Venue is the issuer of the Voucher and is solely responsible for all matters pertaining to the redemption and use of the Voucher. Furthermore, the Venue is fully and solely responsible for the care and quality of all goods and services it provides to you and for any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities and costs ("Liabilities") it may cause you to suffer, directly or indirectly, in full or in part, whether related to the use or redemption of a Voucher or not. You waive and release Bandwango and New Orleans & Company, including their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents, (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any Liabilities arising from, related to, or sustained in connection with any act or omission of a Venue, its employees, agents, contractors, and invitees, in connection with your use of a Voucher or the goods, services or experiences a Venue provides in connection with the Voucher. Services performed by the Released Parties are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
