For Topi, the idea is to work with event organizers (and potentially charge them) to provide the official app for their events. Event organizers can, for example, include their schedules, links to sponsors, exhibitors and document downloads to their events on Topi.
Through the New Orleans CVB, you will receive introductory training on how to utilize the platform, access to the backend to of the app to input your information, and best practices to see the maximum usage of the app for your event.
One of the key benefits of Topi is the analytics meetings planners receive after the event. Organizers can view how many people used the app, get ratings on not only sessions and speakers but also exhibitors, view results of polls and lots of other stats to help you make informed decisions on your event for the following years.
