Use Topi to meet people, organize events and network in New Orleans!


New Orleans & Company has partnered with Topi, a mobile event networking app that wants to help you find the right people to talk to at conferences and meetings, to offer a customizable conference app to meetings with expected attendance of 500 or fewer for *free.  The app is available for iOS and Android devices. Topi’s goal is to work with meeting and event organizers to provide an official app for their events. Organizers can, for example, include schedules, links to sponsors, exhibitors and document downloads to their events on Topi.

Through New Orleans & Company, you will receive introductory training on how to utilize the platform, access to the backend to of the app to input your information, and best practices to see the maximum usage of the app for your event.

One of the key benefits of Topi is the analytics meetings planners receive after the event. Organizers can view how many people used the app, get ratings on not only sessions and speakers but also exhibitors, view results of polls and lots of other stats to help you make informed decisions on your event for the following years.

*One free use per organization. You must work with New Orleans & Company to book your room nights. If you wish to utilize the Topi app after your initial usage, you can work directly with Topi to continue on the platform (more about Topi). Topi is a 3rd party vendor; New Orleans & Company does not have control over Topi's platform or operations. Should Topi alter its operating procedures or functionality, we cannot be held responsible but will try to give advanced notice if available.
