A magnificent line-up of historic sailing ships known as "tall ships" from the US and the Netherlands will sail into New Orleans this spring. Tall Ships® New Orleans 2018 will take place April 19–22, 2018 along the Mississippi Riverfront. Ships scheduled to attend include 132-year-old Elissa from Galveston; Oosterschelde from The Netherlands; Oliver Hazard Perry from Newport, RI; When and If, a historic 88-foot schooner commissioned by General George S.
