Celebrate the city's up-and-coming artists, chefs, musicians and more at the inaugural LOCALS Fest, Saturday, Sept. 28 at Armstrong Park. This fest is free and open to the public.
LOCALS, which stands for, Loving Our Community As Louisiana, is on a mission to magnify New Orleans' diverse group of talented artists. Enjoy live music performances on two stages, bites from a host of popup chefs and caterers, and merchandise tents with unique finds.
