This annual Audubon Zoo extravaganza is a safe, fun-filled Halloween event for children up to age 12, featuring trick-or-treat houses with candy, Ghost Train, a haunted house, activities, entertainment and more. All games and treats, except concessions, are free with admission.
For three nights, the zoo is transformed into a Halloween Oasis and the ultimate children's Halloween party. A zombie-themed Ghost Train Ride adds spooks to the night, and a Monster Maze confuses party-goers. Enjoy other activities such as inflatables, animal encounters and arts and crafts. And of course, Halloween is not complete without candy!
The festivities take place rain or shine. Admission is $20 per person. Children 24 months and under are free. Be sure to adorn in costume to enter the costume and stroller-wagon decorating contest!
Boo at the Zoo takes place from 5pm to 9pm on Friday and Saturday, and 4pm to 8pm on Sunday.
Endangered animals have a home in New Orleans. Come experience lions, gorillas, rhinos and more in their spacious habitats at Audubon Zoo. Ranked top ten in the country. Cool Zoo and Lazy River open seasonally.
