While there are no travel restrictions to New Orleans due to the Covid-19, out of an abundance of caution and consideration for staff, vendors, performers, and guests, the Newcomb Art Museum has decided to postpone this event. Please check the event website for details and updated information.

NOT Supposed to Be Here is a newly installed exhibition by Brandon "B-Mike" Odums at Tulane University's Newcomb Art Museum.

This show, which features brand new site-specific installations, as well as past work, is part retrospective and part futurescape. It addresses the question of who or what kind of art belongs in a museum and explores four different takes on inclusion and identity drawn across notions of art, race, place, and accessibility.

The show will be on display now through May 23, 2020 with open access Tuesday-Friday from 10 AM - 5PM and Saturday from 11 AM - 4 PM.
