Mardi Gras School of Cooking will participate in COOLinary for the month of August. Available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 6 p.m. (reservations required, minimum 2 guests). We will be serving a delicious three-course Cajun/Creole dinner. Our menu includes New Orleans Style BBQ Shrimp, Chicken and Andouille Sausage Gumbo and Bananas Foster. The BBQ Shrimp and Bananas Foster will be demonstrated before serving. Family style seating up to 10 people around our dining table.
