ABOUT:
Mardi Gras School of Cooking will participate in COOLinary for the month of August. Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6 p.m. until 8 pm. We will be serving a delicious three course Cajun/Creole dinner. Our menu includes New Orleans Style BBQ Shrimp, Chicken and Andouille Sausage Gumbo and a Bananas Foster. The BBQ Shrimp and the Bananas Foster will be demonstrated before serving. Seating up to 10 people around our dining table.
