Once onboard, you'll ride the graceful current of the mighty Mississippi and explore the Port of New Orleans, one of the world's most active ports! Discover the nooks and crannies of this unique ship – you can wander the decks, and explore the engine room and the ship's quarters – while an experienced guide narrates an historical tour of the city, river and port. You'll also learn fascinating details about the Natchez, which was built in 1975. (Fun fact: the Natchez has competed in several steamboat races and has never lost race, including winning the Great Steamboat Race in 1982.)
