To many observers, he appeared to be a square peg in a round hole from the day he arrived. Fontainebleau High School will now try to find the proper fit after Gregg Hudson announced his resignation as head football coach today following an arrest on a DWI charge in Mandeville this past weekend.

It is mercifully over in Utah--the Jazz pounded New Orleans 116-90 tonight. After leading 33-29 at the end of one quarter, New Orleans was outscored 87-57 the rest of the way. The 116 points were the most allowed by the Hornets this year. So were the 55 rebounds by the Jazz. Utah embarrassed New Orleans on the glass 55-25.
