Things can change pretty fast in a week.

A week ago, the Hornets season looked to be spiraling downward at an incredibly fast pace.

Fast forward a week later to Saturday night, and New Orleans returned the favor to the Hawks, beating them in the New Orleans Arena, 96-88.

Judging by the post game demeanor of New Orleans Hornets’ General Manager and Head Coach Jeff Bower, one might not be able to determine whether the Hornets had won or lost their Tuesday night match up against the Los Angeles Clippers.

However, behind a double-double from David West and solid play from their guards, the Hornets defeated the Clippers 110-102 at the New Orleans Arena, earning Bower his first win as the Hornets’ head coach.
