Delgado women win, men lose at Hinds

Trailing by 17 at halftime, Delgado cut the lead to three with seven minutes remaining. But three consecutive turnovers by the Dolphins turned the tide as Hinds held on for a 90-77 victory at Utica, Ms.

Devin Grigsby led the Dolphins (2-5) with 23 points. Darrell Williams had 15 points and Brian Gibson finished with 10 points and 21 rebounds.

In the women's game, Jamey Ellis had two consecutive three-pointers to start the game as Delgado never trailed in its 63-52 non conference victory over Hinds at Utica, Ms.

Brittany Walker led the Dolphins (3-4) with 17 points and Missy Scrubbs had 10. Delgado has now won three out of its last four games.
