1. Where is Voodoo this year?
City Park in New Orleans behind the New Orleans Museum of Art (NOMA).

2. What can I bring to Voodoo?

Permitted Items: Ponchos Blankets Strollers Regular-size/Unframed backpacks EMPTY Camelpak or other empty plastic containers (i.e. Nalgene bottle) Personal camera equipment (i.e. small digital cameras or point-and-click 35mm cameras)

Prohibited Items: Weapons of any kind Illegal substances (including narcotics) or drug paraphernalia Framed or large backpacks Alcohol (alcohol will be sold at the Festival) Glass containers Any outside food or beverages Skateboards, scooters, or personal motorized vehicles Bicycles inside Festival grounds Portable/collapsible chair (except for handicap) Fireworks Explosives Umbrellas Chairs of any kind Coolers (except for medical needs – e.g. insulin for diabetics) Tents Pets (except service dogs) Professional video equipment Professional still camera equipment (no detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms, or commercial rigs) Any audio recording equipment No illegal vending is permitted. No unauthorized/unlicensed vendors allowed Any non-festival sanctioned promotional materials

3. Is there handicap access?
Yes. There will be a viewing platform located in proximity of the main stage by the mixing board (large structure in front of stage). There will be access ramps from main roads on to the grass areas providing access to stages, food court, and vendor areas.

4. Where can I park my bicycle?
There will be a complimentary bike valet in front of NOMA.

5. Can I camp?
Voodoo is not offering on site camping this year.

6. I don't have a car, how do I get there?
There are many options available from Voodoo shuttle buses to New Orleans RTA public transportation. Go to our Travel Section (hyperlink) for details.

7. Where do I park?
Unmonitored parking will be available around City Park.

8. Can I bring a camera?
No professional equipment (cameras with detachable lenses) will be allowed on the grounds. Disposable and small digital photography is allowed.

9. Is there an onsite Box Office and Will Call?
Yes, it will be located in front of NOMA on the museum lawn.

10. Do they accept credit and debit cards?
Yes, and there are also ATMs on the Voodoo grounds.

11. Is Voodoo all ages?
Yes.

12. Do kids get discounts?
Free admission for children 8 and under when accompanied by an adult ticket holder.

13. Will I have in and out privileges?
If you have a 3-Day Weekend Ticket or a LOA Pass, YES. If you have a Single Day Ticket, NO.

14. Can I give my ticket to a friend?
3-Day Weekend Passes and LOA Lounge Passes are non-transferrable.

15. What if I lost my wristband?
Do not take it off your wrist or you will have to purchase another ticket.

16. Is there a Lost and Found?
Yes. It will be located in the Village.

17. Will I be searched coming in?
Yes.

18. What if it rains?
Voodoo is a rain or shine event. No refunds.
