The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival presented by Shell has always offered its visitors a fantastic array of the finest cuisine the state of Louisiana has to offer. The Food Fair offers classic New Orleans staples and over time has expanded to include Creole and Cajun offerings as well as international cuisine. The Festival’s food vendors offer freshly prepared items to suit any hungry festivalgoer.
