(November 2, 2009—New Orleans) The French Market welcomes new vendors and farmers to the renovated Farmers Market and continues the annual French Market Christmas tree lighting and Tuba Fats traditions this month. In addition, there are weekly free music and educational events at The Jazz National Historic Park, a hidden gem in The French Market District in Dutch Alley, where Dumaine Street meets the River.
