You don’t even have to look at such measurements as Temperature or Heat Index to know what the weather, and the weather forecast, is.

You only have to look at the Calendar. New Orleans in August will never be mistaken for a summer in the Rockies, or a pleasant evening walk along the Maine coastline. And unless you are hiding a special invitation from the Aspen Visitor’s Bureau or a personal note from a certain Bush family in Kennebunkport, you need to figure out how you are going to deal with heat, more heat, and then oppressive heat.
