Throughout each week of our Young Adult Workshops, young adults will design and execute a number of multi-media creations while learning a wide array of innovative techniques and skills - utilizing a combination of the various studio areas available. Classes will be in glassblowing, kiln cast-glass, stained glass and mosaics, glass etching, metal sculpture, printmaking, bookbinding and copper enameling.



New students will be introduced to traditional and innovative techniques in a wide array of media as they complete unique projects under the close guidance of GlassWorks' faculty. Returning students will continue their technical educational experience, mastering advanced skills and procedures utilizing the various studios and media encompassed in this workshop. All young adults enrolled will be educated in each working artist studio area described and will complete a number of multi-media designs incorporating various resources available. There is a limited enrollment of 25 students per week, ages 10-17.
