The Audubon Park tennis courts are a clay court facility with 10 courts, affording public play seven days a week beginning at 8:00 AM. Dependent on the season, we are open until 7:30 PM on Monday and Thursday.

Our one hour court time is $10.00. Private lessons, group lessons and clinics are available for juniors and adults. We are staffed by four professionals, all USTPR/USTPA certified, and the facility is under the direction of Chris Barbe, Head Pro. A ball machine is also available at the cost of $20.00 per hour and we offer racquet-stringing and tennis accessories. One of the largest public tennis facilities in the South, the City Park Tennis Center has been named one of the top 25 municipal tennis facilities in the country by Tennis magazine. City Park Tennis offers a number of adult and children's programs. The City Park Tennis Center has been host to many tournaments throughout the years, including the USF&G Sugar Bowl International Tennis Classic, The New Orleans Oilmen's Tennis Tournament and the United States Tennis Association's National League Championships.
